Summary
Born and raised on the west side of Detroit, attorney J. Timothy Esper would later launch a successful legal career that would change the way Michigan citizens handle tragedy for years to come. With over 39 years of diversified experience working with clients and cases of all types, attorney J. Timothy Esper specializes in workers compensation, specifically focusing on construction accidents. He found his passion for cases pertaining to workers compensation and construction accidents through his many years in college spent as a construction laborer. He takes personal care to explore all sources of compensation and income for those workers who have suffered injury or disability including disability pensions, Social Security disability, and other insurance benefits. The experiences and skills that he learned working with Steve Sweeney during his time spent at Sullivan & Esper, P.C. helped him accumulate the reputation he currently holds as one of the best attorneys in the state. His decision to help form J. Timothy Esper & Associates, P.C. was one that led him even further into success, eventually paving the way for what is now Aiello Law Group.
When outside work, you might know him for his killer golf skills or his loyalty to the Detroit Tigers, but once inside the office of Aiello Law Group, his fierce determination to help others receive the justice and compensation they deserve is what stands out the most. Attorney J. Timothy Esper’s unwavering dedication to providing the most exceptional legal services and ensuring that all other attorneys are operating up to his strict standards, are just a few of the things that set Aiello Law Group apart from the rest.
